Victory Tax

Today, we will explore one of the most controversial topics on the planet: The Income Tax. Every year around “tax time”, we are coincidentally reminded of those celebrities and big names who have been taken down due to tax evasion. Yet simultaneously, there are those who don’t pay income tax and flaunt it! (even going as far as offering an award to anyone who can find a law that requires them to do so).

Amongst all of the hoopla, there is a lot of misinformation out there in the tax protester movement. One of those is that income tax is unconstitutional. Consider the following material before making a decision about what you think about the income tax. Things are not always what they seem.

The truth about the federal income tax is very simple. The tax is on federal income. Does a wage earner that works for WalMart have federal income? No he doesn’t and therefore does not owe any federal tax. The Internal Revenue Code is all about federal entities. Subtitle “A” of the Code is about income taxes. Only section 1461 makes a withholding agent liable for collection of tax on nonresident aliens and foreign corporations. Nowhere else in this subtitle is there any section making anyone liable by use of the legal term “made liable” for the federal income tax. A tax imposed does not make anyone liable. In the INDEX of the Internal Revenue Code under the heading “Liability for tax”, there is no listing for income. Why? Well because there is no section making anyone liable to pay the tax other than a federal taxpayer (government employee) who collects the tax on nonresident aliens and foreign corporations. The tax in subtitle “A” is collected only on foreigners by withholding. Are you a foreigner? Are you a citizen of the private sector and are you not federally employed? If you are not federally employed, you have nothing to “return” to the government since working for the government is a privilege and the privilege is taxable, then you would file a individual federal income tax return and return that portion of your income to the federal government as a tax. Also remember that you will commit perjury if you sign any government tax form under penalties of perjury, admitting to being a recipient of federal income when you do not. Perjury is a felony. Don’t incriminate yourself any longer. Inform the IRS you can no longer file a 1040 for tax because you know that you do not receive income from a federal payroll and in that doing so you would be perjuring yourself and besides there is no law requiring anyone to perjure themselves. End of tax problem.

As long as the taxes go to the country’s or state’s development and most especially to the inhabitants and not only the politicians. Certainly there would be no problem with everybody.

Hey I like the clarity that you bring to the income tax subject; Accordingly, I would like you to look into the practice of blacklisting, as it is one of three tools for containing citizens such as your self, who give hope to the rest of us. I think you would be called a whistleblower. Keep up the fight.

But the Supreme Court “thoroughly reviewed the Act in Pollock v. Farmer’s Loan & Trust Company (in 1895) and ruled it unconstitutional because it failed to meet the requirement of apportionment,” Beresford wrote in his motion.

Now hear this! Do you play the lotto or powerball? Do you know that the lottery has no authority to withhold federal income tax on any prize? If you know the tax code, then you can let the lottery know that if you win a big mega million dollar prize, that you will sue if they withhold the federal income tax on your prize without your consent. All lotteries claim section 3402(q) as their sole authority to withhold federal income tax on certain prize amounts. What the lotteries fail to know is that section 3402 falls under subtitle C title 26, which is about employment taxes. Are you a employee for the lottery when you play the game? Certainly not! Now, if the lottery says you have to sign a tax form with the jurat of under the penalties of perjury in order to claim your prize, then sign along with your name these words: “signed under duress “. This will give you authority to sue for withholding without your consent.

Federal Taxes Do Not Pay for Federal Expenditures.

Why does a monetarily sovereign government like the U.S., issuing its own fiat, non-convertible currency with a flexible exchange rate, need to tax to spend? IT DOESN’T. Since 1971 Americans have been duped into believing that we should all pay our fair share of Federal taxes to fund Federal services.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

NIXON TOOK THE WORLD OFF THE GOLD STANDARD ON AUG. 15, 1971 AND THRUST IT INTO A FIAT CURRENCY SYSTEM, WHERE CENTRAL BANKS CREATED CURRENCY FROM THIN AIR BACKED ONLY BY THE GOOD FAITH AND CREDIT OF THE ISSUING GOVERNMENT.

Therefore, our Federal Reserve never, involuntarily, runs out of its fiat currency/dollars.

That being indisputable, it follows that the Federal Government can afford to pay any obligation denominated in dollars without the need for tax or borrowing revenue. Why would the sole issuer of our currency need to take some of it back to spend? It wouldn’t it would simply issue more fiat currency. Moreover, it is illogical for the government to issue its dollar I.O.U.s and then collect them to save them for reissue. Why would it want to keep its own I.O.U.s?

The income, payroll and corporate tax serve to manage inflation/aggregate demand, income distribution and acceptance of the otherwise worthless paper currency. That’s why we have a tax driven currency. You must pay the Federal Tax in the Federal government’s currency or suffer a penalty.

    Tax revenue is thrown away.

It’s like the points on a scoreboard at your local stadium. The points are posted on the board out of thin air and when the game is over the scoreboard returns to zero. Just like the Federal Gov. It issues money out of thin air and when it gets it back it returns its balances to zero because the Federal government like the Stadium never has nor doesn’t have dollars/points.

We need to suspend the payroll tax since like other taxes it doesn’t pay for anything. Corporate and individual tax rates should be reduced to near zero. For income distribution purposes the government should issue to every American an annual check of $10,000 to save, invest, spend, hoard.

If the economy reaches 3% unemployment the government could resume a portion of the payroll tax but apply it w/o a cap to reduce the amount of dollars available for spending at all income levels.
