FINDING A FINANCIAL PLANNER
I have always maintained that the truth of the matter is, people in most cases don't NEED a financial planner. But I realize that in some situations, people may want (or feel comfortable with) a little guidance.
But if so, how do you go about finding the right help? Consider the following.

ROMANCE WITHOUT FINANCE IS A NUISANCE?!
Back in April of 08, I did an article called No Romance Without Finance. In that article, setting up a gameplan for couples was discuss along with some very valuable nuggets on credit for men and women involved in marriage. But that may have been putting the cart before the horse. What is the main obstacle that stops couples from doing the aformentioned?
Consider the following material.
WHAT IS YOUR TIME WORTH?!
Back in May of 08, I did an article called The Rule of 72. In this article I discussed how compound interest can make banks rich! The moral of this story was that rather than giving somebody ELSE your money and letting them make a killing with it and give you the rest, you can cut out the middle man, and make that money yourself.
So now we will talk about giving somebody else your time. Consider the following material.
BANKRUPTCY, FORECLOSURE... SO WHAT?!
Are you up to your eyeballs in debt? Are you about to lose your home? Have you considered bankruptcy? Do you know of anyone who is considering or who has already filed bankruptcy or had a foreclosure? The following information could be vital.
Obviously filling bankruptcy can hurt your financial future, but how much?
THE DANGER OF FRUGALITY
A while back, I did an article entitled Does Living Frugal Constitute Vanity? In this article, I went on to blast those who promote the idea that somehow being frugal meant not living life to the fullest and trying to hoard money.
Well, like I've done in the past, today I will completely shift gears and do a 180 degree turn. Yes, frugality is good. But how frugal should one be?
Consider the following material.
TO RENT OR TO BUY. THAT IS THE QUESTION
To those who subscribe to the Free Your Mind Online E-zine, you are certainly familiar with the very first article that you received once you subscribed. "The one who dies with the most money is still dead."
"What profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" Today, many of us have gotten so caught up in trying to be rich that we have forgotten about the more important things in life. You have to live life to the fullest while you are here, because after all, you can't take it with you.
Consider the following material. Things are not always what they seem.
HOW CAN YOU IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT?
A while back I did an article on whether or not a person's credit score is important. Consider the following material.
LET THE SNOW MELT
The question has been asked many times, "Which is better. Debt Snowball or Debt Avalanche?" I have seen some heated debates on this, and that in itself I find interesting. So today I will do a newsletter on which one of these "magic" plans will work the best. And in the end, I will show you a revolutionary method that will beat both, and subsequently end all of the controversy.
WILL THAT BE NEW OR USED?
Are you considering buying a new car? Are you considering buying a used car? Do you already have a new or used car and are completely happy with what your "vehicle(s) situation" is?
Well whatever the case may be, I think that you may want to consider the following article. That is, unless you have money to burn!
SUMMERIZING YOUR HOME
1. To prepare a summary of something.
1. To prepare ones living space to be more cost effective during scorching hot summer months.
Today I would like to talk about the second definition. Yes, I know that summer has been here for a while, but these next couple of months will be the hottest yet. Want to save some money? Consider the following.
WHAT'S LOVE GOT TO DO WITH IT?
You may read the title of this and think that this newsletter will focus on money and relationships. You may also think that this newsletter will be a tribute to Tina Turner. Well... that's not where I'm trying to go with this, but I do want to talk about love and money. Why? Love is one of the most important elements that determine a person’s financial picture! Most of the time love is not addressed when dealing with money. Today I will address it. I urge everyone to consider the following material.
DO YOU REALLY NEED GOOD CREDIT?
"Tired of being left out. Raise Your Credit Score and get approved for THE THINGS YOU DESERVE!"
Nothing is more pleasant to the ears than to hear someone tell you that you "deserve" something. But ladies and gentlemen... do you really deserve something that you can't afford? What happened to the good ole days when a person could choose not to buy something they didn't have cash for? Well, the truth is that for the most part (for those who have discipline) those days are still here!
So, does credit even matter? After all, you only need credit when you are about to borrow money, right? Consider the following material. Times have REALLY changed.
HOW TO GO BROKE
In the past I have spoken on things like how to become financially independent. But today, I will talk about How to be broke! Why? Well, it’s very simple. There are some people who learn by being taught how to do something, and there are others who learn by seeing what NOT to do. So read through the following material carefully, and you may see yourself in it.
IT'S DEBT SEASON!
Oh Yes! It is getting around about that time. What time am I talking about? Debt Season. You can also call it the Holiday Season Hangover. Right now people are sitting back and looking at their debt and how long it will take them to get out.
But this problem is bigger than just us little ole consumers. This whole country is struggling. How bad is the problem? I would urge everybody to consider this material. We will talk about the debt problem, and then we will talk about some debt solutions.
DO YOU NEED A FINANCIAL EXPERT?
A lot of people out there may be interested in hiring someone to do their finances for them, but they are not sure which way to turn. Then there are others who are not in the least bit looking toward getting any financial help.
Either way, I would urge everybody to consider this material, because I think that this has an important message that pinpoints one of the underlining issues on why people may need financial assistance in the first place.
SECRETS OF THE BANKING INDUSTRY
In the past I have talked about the Financial Services Industry and the Federal Reserve Bank, and how they effect the economy and your own personal finance. But even on a small scale, banks have adopted some pretty "shady" tactics that consumers need to be aware of.
I urge everyone to consider this material, as it contains some vital information that you may need to know.
WANNA BE BROKE? DO A BUDGET!
Today I would like to discuss the controversial subject known as budgeting. Most, if not all of financial experts will tell you that you must have one to succeed. This seems like a no brainer, but if it is that easy, then why is it that nobody does them?
Is it because people are just lazy? Is it because they have no discipline? Do Budgets even work?!! Consider the following material. Things are not always as they seem.
IRA - INDIVIDUAL RIPOFF ACCOUNT
Have you heard this before? Save money on your taxes by putting as much money as possible in a "Qualified plan" or a "Tax Sheltered" account, like a traditional IRA. Never pay taxes on money you don't plan to spend. Keep that money from Uncle Sam and let the money grow tax free.
Is this really true? Come explore with me today the truth about IRAs that you may not know. Things are not always as they seem.
Today I would like to cover the subject of life insurance. There are many types of life insurances out there. Which type should you get? Should you get any? If so, how much? And last but not least, what is the red pill question? Consider the following material.
WILL THAT BE CREDIT OR DEBIT?
First came the evil credit card! It lured us into debt and ruined our lives. It offered us a quick fix. Buy now and pay later. Its convenience spoiled us (no one wants to carry around cash all the time). Its debt drowned us.
Now the debit card has come to save us. It offers us the convenience of the credit card, while keeping us within our means. The best of both worlds right? Consider the following material. Things are not always as they seem.
HOW TO DEFEAT THE MIDDLE CLASS MATRIX
Every since I released the newsletter The Middle Class Matrix, thousands and thousands of people have approached me (ok, maybe two or three) and asked, Ok, well How do you get out of this Matrix?!
Today, this is what I want to write about. If you are in your first three months of subscribership you may not have read The Middle Class Matrix. You can read it HERE. It is a prerequisite to studying the following article.
Now, after you've looked into it, then consider the following material.
THE RULE OF 72
AH YES, the Rule of 72. A lot of people have "heard" about it. Some people "know" what it is. Fewer people "understand" what it is. But most importantly only the elite ever get to "apply" it for their benefit.
Whatever category you "think" you are in, you may want to pay attention. I will present this in a way that it has never been presented before.
NO ROMANCE WITHOUT FINANCE
Today I would like to explore the subject of marriage and/or relationships. If you are married, thinking about getting married, know someone who is about to get married, or you are a woman, then this newsletter may be for you? or them.
SHOULD YOU PAY YOUR HOUSE OFF EARLY?
In my last article, I ended by saying that I don't believe in paying your house off early. Today I will explain why I think what I think. Yes, we all know debt is a terrible thing! So shouldn't it make sense that we should want to pay our houses off?
I urge you to consider this material. Things are not always what they seem.
FINANCIAL FREEDOM BOULEVARD
Ok... Allow me to step off of conspiracy island for a few moments and get into some basic principles about finance. Pretty much everybody on the planet knows that in order to reach financial independence, you have to get rid of debt, save your money, and invest your money. But very seldom are we told the order in which to do so.
Should you save your money first, get rid of debt first, or invest right away? Today I will give you the specific steps, start to finish, that I believe are the best ways to achieve stability.
THE MIDDLE CLASS MATRIX
"Let me tell you why you are here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life. There's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you M.A.D.. It is this feeling that brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about?"
"The Middle Class Matrix?"
"Do you want to know what... it... issss?"
IDENTITY THEFT. CAN YOU STOP IT?
Identity Theft is the fastest growing crime in America. There have been thousands and thousands of companies popping up offering a solution or a remedy to the problem, yet the problem still exists.
Some say that you can't stop it, and that you can only monitor your identity and catch it as soon as it happens. There are others who claim that they can stop it completely, even to the point of offering assurances. What is true and what is false? Consider the following material.
ARE YOU CURSED IF YOU DON'T TITHE?
"Will a man rob God? Yet YOU have robbed Me! But you say, "In what way have we robbed You?" In tithes and offerings."
There are those who are not religious and don't tithe, and therefore may chose to sit this one out. But I do urge all to consider this material, because it shows how institutionalized ideologies can affect our way of life. Though we have all been told something all our lives, things are not always what they seem.
THE ULTIMATE YELLOW BRICK IS GOLD
I would like to start this session off by making a couple of obvious, yet profound statements.
#1. In order to be wealthy (at least from a material perspective), one must have a lot of money.
#2. In order to have a lot of money, one must actually know what money is!!
Unfortunately, the majority of the population has no idea what real money is, where it came from and the history behind it, and therefore they have little chance of ever achieving wealth and/or security. But even though most of us don't know, you can best believe that "they" know.
Who is they?
Today, we will explore one of the most controversial topics on the planet: The dreaded "Income" Tax. Every year around tax time, we are coincidentally reminded of those celebrities and big names who have been taken down due to tax evasion. Yet simultaneously, there are those who don't pay income tax and flaunt it! (even going as far as offering an award to anyone who can find a law that requires them to do so).
Amongst all of the madness, there is a lot of misinformation out there in the tax protestor movement. One of those is that income tax is unconstitutional. Consider the following material before making a decision about what you "think" about the income tax. Things are not always what they seem.
THE CONSPIRACY OF HOME LOANERSHIP
"Stop making your landlord rich. Start investing in you. Purchase a home and build real wealth for you and your family."
Yes, we've all heard it before. It is a fact that the majority of American's house is their biggest investment. However, it is also fact that the majority of Americans are strapped. I urge you to be prudent and consider the following before you take the plunge. Things are not always what they seem.
